I help women reclaim their creativity, inner calm, and confidence through art, mindfulness, and immersive creative wellbeing experiences from workshops to one-on-one coaching to retreats.

As a Creativity Empowerment Guide, I create spaces where perfection gives way to play, curiosity, and self-discovery. I encourage you to express your most authentic self, strengthen your intuition and empower the art that is your life.

As an Expressive Art Alchemist, I create intuitive mixed media art drawing on feelings, the rhythms of nature, and everyday wonder. Through expressive layers, playful experimentation, and organic mark making and textures, my work reflects my belief that creativity is a pathway to presence and wellbeing. Perfection gives way to play, curiosity, and self-discovery.

I bring this same gentle, process-focused approach into the classes, workshops and creative wellness retreats I facilitate.
